Isla Tortuga is a gated community set in the new waterfront area of the Sotogrande Marina. Entrance is by bridge to the mainland. The urbanization is set round an internal garden area with a community pool. The complex consists of 52 luxurious apartments and penthouses. Owners’ boats can be moored on the island – a big plus in this marine environment.

Isla Tortuga es una urbanización cerrada y está situada en la Marina de Sotogrande en primera línea de mar. Se accede a la misma por medio de un puente. Está rodeada por una zona ajardinada desde donde se accede a la zona de amarres. En dicha zona se halla la piscina comunitaria. El complejo urbanístico consta de 52 apartamentos y dúplex de lujo. Los propietarios de embarcaciones pueden disponer de amarres en la isla, lo que supone un valor añadido para estas viviendas.
Este complejo urbanístico ha sido diseñado con máximas calidades y las viviendas están equipadas con sistemas de aire caliente y frío. Tiene instalación para teléfono y TV vía satélite. Dispone de portería con 24 horas de seguridad. La zona central de la urbanización es un jardín con plantas y varias pérgolas para embellecer y proporcionar sombra. Los portales están acabados con paredes de mármol y paredes de estuco hasta el techo. El césped se extiende desde el edificio hasta la orilla del agua para acceder a las embarcaciones.
